About: Over the past century, human activities have greatly expanded, causing a range of threats to the survival of both humans and other living beings. The emergence and growth of environmental organizations and campaigns have played a significant role in raising awareness of the damage caused by human activities. As someone who shares these environmental concerns, I propose the creation of a space dedicated solely to environmental themes, providing opportunities for awareness, education, sales, discussion, observation, and participation in environmental issues for the citizens of Tehran.

About: The project entails the transformation of an urban area devoid of a specific purpose into a space that serves multiple positive functions. The potential uses for this area depend on the designer's unique perspective and observational skills. The evaluation of the project is approached through three key lenses: heritage, ecology, and technology. Delving into the concept of landscape proves to be a complex task, as it reveals layers of depth and intricacy. Defining what constitutes a landscape and understanding its connections to urban environments and human life pose significant challenges. However, these challenges present an opportunity for us to deconstruct the components of a landscape, analyze its impact on us, and refine our approach to it.

Function Urban Design
Location Barcelona, Spain
3D Modelling Autodesk Revit, Rhino

About: The project revolves around a competition that occurred in 2013, which entailed the design of 15 gates to link the natural environs of Collserola to the city. Each group was allocated one of these 15 gates, and our group was tasked with devising Gate 8. As part of the design process, we conducted a site visit to immerse ourselves in the culture of Barcelona and seek inspiration. This exploration led us to select "water" as the central theme for the gate, given its significance in that specific locale and its paramount importance in sustainability.
PROJECT NO. 04
Institution Shariaty Technical College, T&V University of Iran
Professor Hamed Noori
Type Individual Work
Function Hotel Building
Location Water and Fire Park, Tehran, Iran
3D Modelling Autodesk Revit
About: When creating a hotel in a foreign location, the question arises: should the hotel reflect the local culture and offer a unique experience, or should it strive to maintain a neutral, familiar atmosphere? What would you prefer: a hotel with a futuristic, otherworldly design, or one that provides a sense of comfort and familiarity? These were the initial considerations when designing a small hotel in Tehran. The goal of this project was to create a space that exuded warmth and humility, making each guest feel at home. This was achieved through simple and unpretentious design elements, while also integrating the lush green surroundings into the hotel environment by incorporating an abundance of plant life.
PROJECT NO. 05
Institution Shariaty Technical College, T&V University of Iran
Professor Ghaem Panah
Type Individual Work
Function Cultural-Commercial-Office Building
Location Pasdaran, Tehran, Iran
3D Modelling Autodesk Revit
About: The objective of this project is to create a commercial building in a thriving, high-value retail district that is adorned with mature, large trees. Our primary challenge was to enhance the urban space by incorporating public areas, amenities, and thoughtful space allocation. Additionally, we aimed to ensure that the design preserved the convenience of nearby residential areas by carefully situating the building's volumes, functions, and sightlines.
PROJECT NO. 06
Institution Shariaty Technical College, T&V University of Iran
Professor Morteza Ismaeili
Type Individual Work
Function Residential Building
Location Imaginary in the 22nd district of Tehran
3D Modelling Autodesk Revit
About: The objective of this project was to create a 45-unit medium-density residential tower with an innovative focus on the future of social dynamics. Our task involved envisioning the expectations of future generations for a residential tower and devising solutions to meet these expectations. Additionally, we paid close attention to the interaction and relationship among the buildings situated within the site’s loop on a broader scale.
